About Bert Marro,

Bert Marro brings more than a decade of experience as a career coach and executive advisor to his role as a Five O'Clock Club representative. He has worked with professionals at all levels, from junior executives through senior management to board members. He is one of just fourteen Career Management Fellows (CMF) in New York and holds an MBA from the prestigious Wharton School.

Prior to entering the career management field, Bert worked for diverse organizations-thus bringing deep business experience to his role as a coach. He has worked for Mobil Corporation, Merrill Lynch, the New York City Transit Authority, the Riverside Church and Helpline/Contact USA, a crisis intervention telephone hotline.

Bert is a fellow of the International Board for Career Management Certification, a member of both the New York and International Associations of Career Management Professionals (NYACMP and IACMP), the Career Development Specialists' Network (CDSN), and serves on the Career Advisory Board of the New York Wharton Business School Club. Bert has appeared on ABC Eye Witness News, and has been quoted in major publications including Fortune Magazine, the National Business Employment Weekly, and Men's Fitness as an expert on career management issues.
