About  Hélène Seiler, Hélène Seiler completed Five O’Clock Club Coach Certification in 2003. Attracted to the Five O'Clock Club because of its proven methodology, she brings a wealth of practical experience to her new role. Since 1997 she has lead a boutique career management company focused on international executives. For the first nine years of her career in this field, Hélène worked as a change management and strategy consultant in Western Europe and in North America.   Her experience includes executive recruiting, career management and outplacement. Hélène typically works with international management consultants, entrepreneurs, expatriate executives and executive mothers. She coaches in English and in French.   Through individual coaching sessions and group workshops, she has assisted many executives with professional assessment, career plan development, job search execution and résumé building.   Hélène Seiler holds a Master of Management Science from The Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales (France). She is a certified coach with The International Coaches Federation.   She frequently speaks about career management issues at major international corporations and strategy consulting firms, as well as at European business schools.   Hélène is a French national and a permanent US resident. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and two children.
