About Phyllis Rosen…
Phyllis Rosen has been a member of the Five O'Clock Guild since its inception in 1996 and leads a weekly teleconference strategy group for job hunters. She regularly delivers public seminars on the Five O'Clock methodology.
Phyllis Rosen is a career counselor/coach in private practice in Manhattan, where she works with professional-level clients in all aspects of career search and management. She has been an outplacement consultant to many of the leading outplacement firms and she also served as Director of Career Counseling Services for a non-profit job search and training program, which she co-launched in 1996. She specializes in working with clients seeking a deeper level of personal and spiritual fulfillment in their work and life.
Prior to moving into the career management field, Phyllis had 25 years' corporate experience. She has been Corporate Vice-President of training, marketing and trading within the financial services industry. She has also held film production positions in the entertainment industry.
Phyllis is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) training program and received her professional certification, ACC, from the International Coaching Federation, Inc. (ICF). She is currently active in several professional associations: past Board Member of ACPINTL-NY, founding member of Career Counselors Consortium, and a current Board Director of ICF-NYC chapter.
