About Jean Kripton-Durham, While assisting candidates in her staffing business, which she has operated since 1986, Jean realized that something was missing. The understanding of job-search and career management that the Five OçClock Club offers was very much needed by most of her clients.  With that in mind, Jean completed Five O'Clock Club coach certification in 2001 and now combines career coaching and placement activities.    Jean brings over 18 years of hands-on business experience to her coaching practice. Her entrepreneurial spirit and perspective as a placement specialist, her knowledge of the job market and well-developed listening skills enable her to assist clients achieve their career goals.     Jean specializes in placing qualified candidates in corporate and legal positions, and she has worked on both sides of the deskĘeight years as a human resources operations manager preceded by ten years of law firm experience.
