Gretchen brings more than 25 years of diverse business experiences to
her career coaching private practice. Her background includes:

students, teachers and parents in school and community settings.

realtor working with agents and clients in Maryland and
Washington State.

entrepreneur, creating successful ventures and branding for retail,
restaurant and professional service companies

her consulting practice, developing successful individuals
and teams through career management, relationship and leadership
development and teambuilding. Her corporate clients include professional
services and healthcare providers, hospitality and lodging, pharmaceutical
and financial services.
Gretchen holds a BA in Education
and received her Masters degree in Organizational Development from
American University. She specializes in working with young professionals
and women in career transition. She coaches by phone,
