Dr. Philip S. Gittings     Philip S. Gittings has been a coach for The Five O'Clock Club since 1994.  He has headed the Philadelphia Branch and is now host of one of our executive-level Inner Circle branches. Dr. Gittings. first career was in the pastorate where he served as senior minister of large churches in Pennsylvania, Kansas, and New Jersey.  In 1993 he joined The Five O'Clock Club and began a transition into career coaching. He has done assignments for Right Associates, a major outplacement firm, in New York, and worked for a consulting company in Berwyn, Pennsylvania. He founded his own consulting company in 1994, and in his capacity as principal, has developed leadership and change management programs. He has consulted with leaders in a number of industries on ways to help their people and organizations thrive in changing situations. Currently, in addition to his work with The Five O'Clock Club, he is the Chief Operating Officer of a company focused on bringing spirituality and wholeness to people in a variety of workplace settings. This company has been written up by the Associated Press and works with numerous companies and other organizations.  Dr. Gittings. seminar, The Dynamics Of Leadership, has been successfully used by leaders in a number of industries.
