About Ingrid Ghys,
Ingrid is a partner in a career and organizational development consulting company. She focuses on working with individuals and with teams, directing organizational change programs in global blue chip companies. She has more than 20 years of international business experience, mainly in fast-moving consumer goods, Business-to-Consumer service industries and consulting. She has worked on projects for Janssen Pharmaceutica, KPN, Heineken, PepsiCo, BP, Philips, Coca-Cola, Pirelli and McDonald's in Eastern & Western Europe and the USA. She is a member of the career and personal development department of the Flemish Association for Engineers (KVIV). Ingrid holds a Masters degree in chemistry and engineering from the University of Ghent, Belgium and an MBA from the University of Liege, Belgium. After residing abroad for 15 years (in the USA, London and Amsterdam), she currently lives in Brussels.

Ingrid became a Certified Five O' Clock Club Coach in March 2005. She was attracted by our brand name coaching process, and applies it in her private practice in Belgium. She coaches professionals and executives in the areas of career and organizational development, as well as performance and competence management. She has broad experience working with engineers and other professionals in the technical arena, and with expatriates.
