Louise DiSclafani has been a member of The Five O'Clock Speakers Bureau since 1997. She was instrumental in forming The Five O'Clock Club Strategic Partnerships with Fordham University's Office of Alumni Relations and Women in Sales/NJ. She has also given Five O'Clock Club speeches at Fordham University, New Jersey Association of Female Executives, Ridgewood YWCA, Ridgewood High School, Fairlawn and Glen Rock Community Schools. Louise is a partner in a career and business advancement consulting company. Since establishing the business six years ago, Louise has helped career changers and managers at all levels. She has more than 20 years' experience in personal and career coaching; she has held training and managerial positions in both community and business settings. She is well suited to help individuals and businesses address the challenges of today's changing environment. Louise holds a BA in Sociology, and an MSW. Louise serves on the Boards of Directors of NJAWBO-Bergen Chapter, Women in Careers, and the North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce. In her community, she serves as President of the Board for The Center for Help. |
