Ian has had over 20 years' experience as a senior executive, both as a Marketing Director and as a Managing Director for major consumer organizations. Ian's expertise relates to international marketing, having spent a number of years in Asia. He plays a role as well in reinvigorating products through innovative marketing programs and reaching new market demographics.
As a global Managing Director, with stewardship of leading brand assets for over 10 years, Ian offers an invaluable perspective in analysing the issues necessary for corporate and individual success. Ian is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Masters Degree in Business Leadership and a Bachelor of Commerce with Honours.

Ian became a certified Five O'Clock Club Career Coach in January 2005. He had hands-on experience of the Club's methodology by himself being a member of the Five O'Clock Club as a job-hunter before becoming a certified coach. He took part in Club meetings via the Insider Program by teleconference. He welcomes the chance to be a trailblazer for the Club as a coach in Australian.
