About Aurora Maria Brito, In 2004,
Aurora became certified as a Five O'Clock Club coach, building on more
than ten years of experience as an executive recruiter and career
development consultant. In an ever-changing and diverse global
marketplace, through personal and career coaching, she inspires and trains
individuals to become highly effective and motivated leaders, and in the
process, become catalysts for positive change in the world.
Capitalizing on her MBA in Organizational Development and an MFA in
Dramatic Arts, Aurora brings a unique perspective to her private practice
as a career coach and organizational trainer. She draws on her innate
ability to connect with people to enable them to understand their work and
personal experience, their talents, skills and potential for further
career development. She has
