About Anita Attridge,

Anita

Anita S. Attridge is a Five O’Clock Club career coach and organization development Consultant with 30 years of corporate and non-profit experience. She selected the Club’s coach certification program to add to her strengths in the area of one-on-one job-search and career coaching. She also receives rave reviews as a group coach at the Penn Station Branch in Manhattan.

 

Combining her human resources, organization development and leadership skills, Anita works with clients to help them develop and achieve their career and organizational goals. She has worked with people at all levels of the organization to:

 

·        Plan and manage their career and job transitions.

 

·        Navigate the organization’s culture and adapt to organizational changes.

 

·        Transition to new levels in the organization and maximize their leadership potential.

 

Her career includes senior management positions in Human Resources and Organization Development for a major fast paced office products company, a large non-profit organization and major pharmaceutical company.  In addition, Anita was a Board member and counselor with the first Career Center in Rochester, NY, and lectured and counseled at the Women’s Career Center in Vienna, VA. 

 

She is an adjunct faculty member at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has been a guest lecturer on career topics at Cornell University, University of Maryland, Butler University and Pace University.  She also has made presentations on career topics at the New Jersey, Philadelphia and National Human Resources Planning Society Groups.

 

Anita received a certificate from the Harvard University Executive Development Program, a MS in Adult Education and Organizational Development from the University of Rochester, and a BS in Marketing from Butler University.
