Q. Is there a fee to use the Alumni Database?

A. The Alumni Database is a free service. Former clients can access the database regardless of their current membership status.

Q. How do I get the password for the database?

A. The alumni database is locked by a different password every month. Members of the database will receive an e-mail every time the password is updated. The password cannot be shared with non-members of the database. Anyone who distributes the password will be permanently restricted from the database.

Q. I'm a shy person. I'm not really sure how to go about contacting people I don't know.

A. It's easy! Don't forget these people have listed themselves because they want to network! You're not really begging someone for a meeting. When someone agrees to meet with you, they stand to gain from the exchange as well. Don't forget to read the terms of service again. (Link) Sometimes people who are new to networking can come off as timid and awkward, or abrasive and pushy. Read the guidelines again and stick to them. You'll do just fine.
