  1. Executive: income of over $100,000, and background in the executive ranks.
  2. Professional, Managers, and Career Starters:
    1. professionals and managers with incomes less than $100,00
    2. career starters with college degree and less than ten years out, or those who want to join the professional and managerial ranks.

NOTE: Members may also choose to purchase one observation session  before buying a package. 

For your first session, you will listen to the strategies being used by others in the group and you can learn a lot from that. Before the second session, you will have purchased a package of sessions. You will  receive your set of CDs and participate in the small group coaching session.
