Good Interviewing

Good interviewing requires patience, research, thoughtfulness. You should enter the interview thinking like a "consultant." It is up to you to show your usefulness to the organization; you must make a place for yourself. You can only do this if you are seen as knowledgeable about the industry and company (at the very least, you reviewed the Annual Report or website before setting foot in the front door, didn't you?).
